Wider Curriculum Weeks
Wider Curriculum Weeks
Throughout the year, pupils take part in Wider Curriculum Weeks designed to explore wellbeing in creative, practical and meaningful ways.
During these themed weeks, children:
🎨 Take part in special projects
Art, writing, outdoor learning, creative tasks and reflective activities help pupils understand wellbeing in real-life ways.
🤝 Work together on team activities
Group tasks encourage cooperation, communication and problem-solving.
🧩 Explore the Five Areas of Wellbeing
Each activity links to one of the wellbeing strands, helping children think about health, kindness, friendships, resilience and self-care.
🌟 Share their learning with others
Classes often showcase what they’ve learned through displays, performances or assemblies.
