Wellbeing Overview
Wellbeing at Norwood Green
At Norwood Green, we are committed to supporting every child’s happiness, safety, and personal growth. Our whole-school approach to wellbeing ensures that pupils feel valued, included, and able to thrive.

Wellbeing Champions
Our Wellbeing Champions are pupil leaders who help make our school a friendly and supportive place. They promote kindness, celebrate achievements, and help ensure everyone feels safe and included.

The Five Areas of Wellbeing
We teach wellbeing through five key areas that encourage children to be kind, active, curious, mindful, and connected with others.
How We Learn About Wellbeing at Norwood Green
Children learn about wellbeing through assemblies, classroom activities, and whole-school projects designed to develop positive habits and support emotional health.
Wider Curriculum Weeks
During our Wider Curriculum Weeks, pupils take part in special wellbeing activities and hands-on learning experiences focused on creativity, teamwork, and personal development.
Worried or Sad?
If pupils ever feel worried or sad, we guide them on who they can talk to and where they can find support, ensuring no child feels alone.
